In E-Library Rawalpindi, PASTIC and Pakistan librarian welfare Association jointly conducted a seminar on March 16, 2019 for purpose of PASTIC consortium for sharing and easy access of information among libraries. Chief librarians and heads of libraries participated in this seminar/Grand meeting from all over Pakistan. The resource persons of seminar were Mr. Anwar Ejaz, Chief Librarian, Quaid-e-azam University
