Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Center (PASTIC) Regional Office Lahore, in collaboration with Virtual University of Pakistan, organized a webinar on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
A total of 43 students, faculty, staff, and researchers attended the session both online and on campus. Mr. Nadeem Sohail, Library Automation Consultant, TMC Lahore, served as the resource person and highlighted the role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming higher education.
The webinar began with a keynote address by Mr. Ali Raza Khan, Additional Director, PASTIC Regional Center Lahore, who introduced PASTIC and discussed the importance of AI in today’s era.
The session was informative and impactful, increasing participants’ understanding of AI applications in education.
