A one day workshop was organized by PASTIC-Lahore in collaboration with National Centre for Academic Integrity at Information Technology University, Lahore on May 19, 2016.

Ms. Nageen Ainuddin, Director, PASTIC National Centre gave the keynote address and said that research acts as a stimulant for growth. She also emphasized the need and importance of referencing and citations in research. Dr. Shahid Soroya, Head of the National Center for Academic Integrity,also talked about the importance of the workshop. Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen, Head of the Department of Information Management, University of the Punjab and Ms. Saira Hanif were the resource persons of the workshop.

Ms. Nageen Ainuddin, Director, PASTIC National Centre, also thanked ITU for their collaboration with them and shared that they have connections with world renowned libraries and have the access to many international databases which can be used by the researchers. At the end of workshop certificates and shields were distributed.
