Congress on Membranes and Membrane Processes
(PCOM-2021)” on October 21, 2021 at Pak Austria

The objective of the Conference was to provide an
opportunity to create research proposals and networking
among participants.
The Conference participants included 100+ researchers
from various institutes including COMSATS, UET
Lahore, UET Peshawar, GIKI, NUST, UET Taxila, NTU
Faisalabad, GCU Faisalabad, SBBU Peshawar,
International Islamic University, GPGC Mardan, Punjab
University, NED Karachi. DG PASTIC, Prof. Dr.
Muhammad Akram Shaikh, Rector Pak Austria
Fachhochschule, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Mujahid, and
Additional Director PASTIC, Ghazala Ali Khan graced the
occasion.

PASTIC Sub Centre Peshawar, in Collaboration with
DINAR Cancer Hospital DIK, organized a Seminar on
“Causes Symptoms and Early Treatment of Breast
Cancer” on October 13, 2021 at Qurtaba University of
Science & Technology (QUST), Peshawar.

Department of Life Sciences and IMS Department
Computer Lab, University of Baluchistan, organized
Endnote workshop on October 5-6, 2021 at Baluchistan
University. Total 50 participants including M.Phil., Ph.D.
and research scholars attended the workshop.

Rehman, VC University of Balochistan. Mr. Abdul
Khalique Sial, Incharge PASTIC Sub Centre Quetta,

“Fighting hidden hunger through a systematic approach
using AI & machine learning: from farm to fork” which
was conducted on October 11, 2021. This online webinar
was organized by Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular
Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD) & ICCBS
Technology Park and Technology Incubation Center,
University of Karachi.
