Summer Research Week 2026

Summer Research Week 2026 is a comprehensive 5-day hands-on training workshop organized by the Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) to strengthen researchers' knowledge and practical skills in research methodology, data analysis, scientific writing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The workshop is designed for students, researchers, faculty members, professionals, and R&D personnel who wish to enhance their research capabilities using modern analytical techniques and digital research tools. Training Highlights: -Introduction to Research & Scientific Inquiry -Effective Literature Review Strategies -Referencing & Citation Management using Zotero -Writing Strong Research Proposals -Research Design & Methodologies -Research Ethics & Academic Integrity -Data Collection Techniques & Research Tools -Quantitative Data Analysis using SPSS -Qualitative Data Analysis using MaxQDA -Leveraging AI in Research using Python, WEKA, and other AI tools Participants will receive practical exposure through demonstrations and hands-on sessions, enabling them to apply research methodologies, perform statistical analyses, manage references efficiently, and utilize AI-powered tools to improve research productivity.
